アンタラ?コーのローランスです。2023年8月に入社してからまだ短い期间ですが、困难なときも支えあい、成功の喜びを共有してくれる仲间たちの存在のおかげでたくさんの思い出ができました。温かいサポートと强い仲间意识に囲まれて、このファミリーの一员でいられることを心から嬉しく思っています。
旧正月のレポートを通じて、私たちの日常や想いをお伝えできればと思います。

Although it has been a short time since I joined the company in August 2023, I have made many memories thanks to my colleagues who support each other during difficult times and share the joy of success. Surrounded by warm support and a strong sense of camaraderie, I am truly happy to be part of this family.

シンガポールでは、旧正月は家庭だけでなく职场でも大切に祝われています。当社では、旧正月明けの最初の営业日に、経営阵による伝统的な祈祷式で新年をスタートします。
これは、前年への感谢と新しい年の繁栄を愿う大切な时间。様々な文化背景を持つメンバーが一堂に会し、一绪に祈り、互いに祝福を送り合います。この仪式は単なる习惯ではなく、私たちのチームの绊の强さを実感する瞬间です。家族が集まって新年を祝うように、この毎年の集まりは社员同士の距离をぐっと缩め、「さあ、今年も顽张ろう！」という気持ちにさせてくれます。
In Singapore, Lunar New Year is celebrated not only at home but also in the workplace. At our company, we start the new year with a traditional prayer ceremony led by management on the first business day after Lunar New Year.
This is a precious time to express gratitude for the previous year and wish for prosperity in the new year. Members from various cultural backgrounds gather together, pray, and exchange blessings with one another. This ritual is not merely a custom, but a moment when we truly feel the strength of our team's bond. Just as families gather to celebrate the new year, this annual gathering brings our employees closer together and fills us with the spirit of "Let's do our best this year!"

また、仕事始めの年を「開工ランチ」でお祝いします！ 同僚が集まって、お祝いの料理を楽しむ時間です。シンガポールでは、赤い袋にお金をいれて渡す「红包（アン?パオ）」という习惯があり、「福を分け与える」という意味で、年长者が子供や独身の人に渡すのが惯例。この日も、社长から「今年もいい一年になりますように」と温かい気持ちを込めて红包が配られました。
また、「マンダリンオレンジ」を交换し合うのも、この时期ならではの光景。繁栄と幸运のシンボルとして、「今年もよろしくね」という気持ちを込めて渡し合います。
We also celebrate the start of the working year with a "Kai Gong lunch" ! It's a time when colleagues gather together to enjoy celebratory dishes. In Singapore, there is a custom called "Ang pow" where money is given in red packets, which means "sharing good fortune," and it is customary for elders to give them to children and unmarried people. On this day as well, Ang pow was distributed by the Managing Director with warm wishes that "this year will be a good year."
Also, exchanging "mandarin oranges" is a sight unique to this season. As a symbol of prosperity and good fortune, they are exchanged with the sentiment of "looking forward to working with you this year."

普段の作业を一旦お休みして、现场チームもみんなで集まります。安全と成功を祈愿し、お祝いの食事を囲み、一绪に新年を祝うんです。この时间は本当に特别。同僚というより家族みたいな温かい雰囲気で、笑颜と感谢の気持ちで溢れます。
We take a break from our regular work, and the entire field team gathers together. We pray for safety and success, share a celebratory meal, and welcome the new year together. This time is truly special. The atmosphere is warm, more like family than colleagues, filled with smiles and gratitude.
新年の祝福とともに、私たちは新たな一歩を踏み出します。これからも仲间と一绪に成长し、新しい目标に挑戦していきたい。毎年、前の年を超える成果を出せるように。

With New Year's blessings, we take a new step forward. We want to continue growing together with our colleagues and challenging ourselves with new goals. So that each year we can achieve results that surpass the previous year.
