笔颁补製品の検査における不良品出荷や工程遅延といった课题に対し、钢製型枠の検査プロセスを写真撮影に置き换える新たな手法を导入し、その効果を検証した。撮影画像を用いた解析により、见过ごし?见落とし?计测ミスなどの人為的ミスを大幅に削减し、検査记録の自动保存によってトレーサビリティを向上させた。また、笔颁补工场と型枠製作会社间での相互确认が容易になり、不良品の出荷リスク低减と品质管理の信頼性向上が図られた。 キーワード : 钢製型枠、写真解析、検査 |

To address precast concrete product related issues such as shipment of defective products and production process delays, a new automated steel formwork inspection system, which utilizes photographic imaging was introduced. The new method significantly reduced human errors such as oversights, omissions, and measurement inaccuracies. Additionally, automatic storage of inspection records enhanced traceability. This approach also facilitated mutual verification between PCa factories and formwork manufacturers, leading to a reduction in the risk of shipment of defective products and an improvement in the reliability of quality control.
