建设现场において施工管理者が行う鉄筋の出来形计测の実施频度は非常に高く、计测结果の记録、帐票作成、立会検査や写真撮影などに多くの时间を费やしている。今后施工管理の自动化を进め、生产性向上を加速させるためには重要な改善事项のひとつであると考えられる。そこで笔者らは、鉄筋を画像撮影するだけで鉄筋配置间隔などを自动検测できる鉄筋出来形自动検测システムを开発した。本报では、开発に向けた検讨内容や现场での试行、础滨机能および计测机能の拡大について绍介する。 キーワード : 鉄筋出来形検测、自动化、省力化、リアルタイム、デプスカメラ |

At construction sites, construction managers inspect the rebar placement frequently, which requires substantial time for verification and documentation. Streamlining this process is crucial for advancing the automation of construction management and accelerating productivity. In response, the authors developed a system that can automatically detect rebar spacing and arrangement simply by taking an image. This paper describes the development process, on-site trials, and enhancements to the system's AI and measurement capabilities.
